This is a course for Committee on Ministry members and Conference staff who want to learn how to use the Self-Assessment Tool for the Marks with their candidates for authorization.
These free trainings are included in the annual infrastructure fee for Committees. You may send as many COM members and staff as you like to these all-Zoom trainings. These trainings consisting of one 2-hour session. Attendees will go through the components of the tool and get an introduction to how the enneagram informs candidate responses. They will also get a .pdf copy of the COM members and the Candidate instruction manuals that accompanies the Marks tool.
